😂 Are you actually being serious? There is more chance of Scott going back on Radio 1 Afternoons than him offering his services for free on a community station or a syndicated show   You don’t go from the biggest radio station in Europe to working for free! I really doubt he would be that desperate to be on the radio

No more on this. I took the plunge with Aiir and decided to upgrade to Playoutone Pro as their standard system is not being suported anymore which is what I use to make shows at home. That has cost me about £68 a month on top of other operating costs I spend about £180 a month to run two shows.  Was thinking about this proposition though and Scott potentially could (I know he has mics and a rodecaster duo at home that he used during lockdown when he was broadcasting from home and must have a music library from his DJ sets) make a syndicated show and offer it out to stations, my two dance programmes are on about 200 combined now most in the UK, some US, Canada and European so it is not beyond the realms of possibility Scott could make "The Scott Mills show" and syndicate it to SSDAB commercial stations and community radio. He would likely be unable to make money from it mind. I knew one syndicator that was on about 300 stations announced he would be charging a fiver or tenner a show and 250 dropped his show for their generic playlist and some came to me instead... hahaha. Still if he is making £250 a week from it fair play to him.  It's ironic as there is a really sucessful community station based near Scott called Chiltern voice who I am sure would snap him up if he was willing to volunteer for them. I know of three SSDAB and CR stations that reached out to Scott on the day he was sacked offering him a slot, but none of them paid work.     

Gary was on the 24/25 BBC pay list in the £178,000 to £184,000 bracket with Sounds Of The 80's and cover listed.

Yeah not sure what they charge per show, I assume Gary is on a pay as you go type agreement to cover him outside of SOT80s, but he does do 6-8 weeks a year for Vernon as well and did do Drive and Trevor cover for a bit as well so maybe he gets about half a years work out of it, so maybe he is on kind of a half salary to keep the cash flowing and he comes in for those cover slots, but I would imagine at the moment he is outside of that arrangement (although last week he was booked to cover Vernon and ended up on breakfast) I can't see him becoming the drive host though 

I think Shaun Keaveny is a talented broadcaster and respect his shows but I don't think he fits covering Jo. Edith Bowman has a better vibe. I need Jo's enthusiasm to keep me awake at that time of the evening! 

I think it will be OJ all the way, changed my opinion on it, they won't want to drastically change the show, All Request Friday will stay as it is, I think OJ gets drive and RIchie gets overnights all week, and they bring a new travel presenter onto drive with OJ (Bobby Prior back on weekdays?)
