Is there a way to get the "HD" 192kbps stream of Capital on your computer? I'm finding the 48kbps stream hard to listen to. It feels like I'm listing on AM!

It still feels so unreal that this time last week Jordan was doing his show as normal on R1, with no one suspecting a thing, then this morning he's sitting with Roman, Chris and Sian. With Jordan talking about the people and friends he'll now be on air with, it did genuinely feel like it was a huge part of the move. But could imagine Vick feeling a bit miffed at his words.

Presume that's just due to show length. The game takes 2 hours (1 hour + 30 min before + 30 min after). The breakfast show is 3.5 hours long. But the lunchtime show is only 2.5 hours long. So imagine they're just sticking around for the extra 30 mins.

Guessing that Ore (any maybe Nat) are on due to no Vick & Jordan. Maybe it was meant to be Dean, Sam & Danni.

Each show needs 3 presenters today for the secret missions. They've pulled in Vicky due to Dean being ill. Vicky was meant to be off.

Yeh, I was surprised to prefer Vicky by herself when she did that show during the DJ hunt.

Listening back to the end of yesterday's show, and noticed they don't mention "doing it all again on Monday" like they usually do.

Amazing, thanks! Just a shame you can't really search on Mastodon yet. Looks like Last.FM have launched a search feature, but only for Pro members. So the closest I can find is adjusting the artist name in the URL to jump to their plays on Radio 1, e.g.: https://www.last.fm/user/bbcradio1/library/music/Avicii https://www.last.fm/user/bbcradio1/library/music/Pitbull https://www.last.fm/user/bbcradio1/library/music/[ARTISTNAME] And then manually picking the track from the list.

So who do we think will be the next R1 breakfast show host? I don't see anyone other than Jordan, personally (maybe Jack??). Would love to have Matt & Mollie, but don't see that happening.

Thanks, wasn't aware of that one, but it doesn't really work for my use case unfortunately, as it only goes back 7 days and isn't searchable.
