Can anyone actually dislike Alphabeat?

I've even spoke to some emo guys who quite liked Alphabeat. But is there a fan out there who dislikes them? I've just heard their 'Album Melody' on the Fascination single and it sounds really good. They are what pop and Radio 1 should be all about. Agree or disagree?

As already said, Moyles was bad mouthing the new single the other day, as were a few texts.

But practically everyone I know likes them, we sit around in the School Library and sing Fascination. Even walking home today with a friend we started singing it :D

 Singing in your library? Someone got banned from ours because she spoke above a hushed tone...

I don't like it. It's plain annoying. I think Scott said it sounds like something from High School Musical. I have never even seen High School Musical and I agree. They're playing Dot to Dot in Nottingham in a couple of weeks time and I wouldn't want to see them even if I could go to Dot to Dot.

Actually, I wasn't to keen on Alphabeat in the beginning, but I really like them now. But I do understand the people who do not like them, they are a bit camp I guess.

To the people who don't like them yet: their third single (in Denmark, anyway, don't know if it's going to be the same in UK - the first two were the same) is quite different, you might like it, who knows.

They're basically modern day Abba style kitsch. It's a Marmite conundrum; you either love 'em or hate 'em

I can understand why people might take a dislike to Alphabeat, but personally I find them rather cheery. I also like Marmite - it's very good for you too.
