A waste of thirty minutes of my life. Why did BBC 1 feel the need to show a programme that is a carbon copy of the British version? It's like watching your childhood favourites in adulthood and wondering why you bothered.

I haven't seen it yet, but it's being highly promoted on HBO. A lot of people are complaining about it over here. In my opinion, it's just too crude.

It wasn't crude (but then they've cut it down to half an hour here). It's just unfunny humour.

I've heard that they've had to make the jokes more American friendly, so that could be one of the reasons why.

I didn't think it was that good, didn't really find it funny,I think they should really stop Little Britain now, the first 2 series were good but there is only so much you can do with a show like that before it gets repetative.

they went too far with bo selecta, the third series was crap compared to the first two. they are making the same mistake with this i think.

I think Little Britain lost its lustre after the second series. The third series before this wasn't very good. This was just awful.

I think some of the characters have been flogged too far. The whole Little Britain concept is wearing thin. It would be better if they took the Office/Fawlty Towers approach and just cancelled it to stop the series deteriorating in quality.

I think i fell asleep during that program that was on before it which probably means that wasn't any good either. It's a bit of a blur so i'm not really sure what happened last night

I've read that it was actually recorded live and directed by one of the Friends' cast. Someone on Digital Spy was in the audience.

I thought it was OK too I'm not a huge Little Britain fan in the first place but it wasn't that bad.

Yeah, it was directed by David Schwimmer (Ross).

I also found the laughter track annoying- it kind of destroyed some of the cringe-humour that Little Britain is all about for me.

It just wasn't funny. I honestly didn't laugh once. 27 minutes of my life i will never be able to get back.

I think the funniest new charaters are the 'I love you more than....' characters, although I could quite catch the last line

I hate myself for agreeing with you, but I feel the same. I actually enjoyed all 3 series, but when I started watching the other dvds, such as Little Britain Abroad and Little Britain Live, I felt as though I could repeat the lines in my sleep. I think both Walliams and Lucas are very talented, and I will still continue to watch the series. But, I think some characters like Marjorie Dawes, which used to be my favorite, have run their course. The only change for her is that she can't understand the Mexican woman rather than an Indian woman, and her poor audience have different accents. I want to see where they go from here.

First show was pretty lame. I did give them a second chance though, but don't really know why I bothered... Big yawn. I do enjoy Little Britain normally, but they seem to be getting a bit stale.
