Monday 13th July: 7.00-10.30: Sam & Danni are in for Greg (from Sky EPG)   Looks like Greg is off that whole week then.

Turns out I was correct and Global did take over the restaurant below their offices. This week they opened a new reception, meeting rooms and ground cafe in part of it. They also revealed new studios are been built. Maybe in the back part but I also believe that there is a basement. Will global launch new radio studio maybe but likely podcast studios. Interesting times for global.

A couple of tweaks to the schedule: Clara is in next Friday (10th) for Trevor Mark Goodier is presenting drivetime on Monday 20th July.

Nothing to say there won’t be yet, given the schedule has been updated to ‘Radio 1 Dance Weekend’ the entire day on Friday. Given the ‘Matt and Jerry’ show page has returned for W/c 27th July, I wonder if Mollie is taking a break over the summer holidays, Jerry is joining Matt, and then Emil will fill in when necessary on Going Home.

There’s no guarantee that’s the case yet - I wouldn’t be surprised if the schedules are updated closer to the time

To be honest, with cuts being made all over the BBC, it makes sense to not send any of the daytime presenters to Ibiza just to broadcast from the OB studio when they could do exactly the same from London.
