not a 'fave' i would say, but i wasn't going to create a thread for this. something many here wouldn't remember, probably one of the most insane/vile/wrong ad's i have ever seen.

i'd forgotten about this until recently when i was going through some old vcr's of cartoon network from 2000/1 way that i recorded when was younger, and this was in the break. i was going to rip it and put it on youtube but someone beat me to it.

The Trident gum advert that you can see here features The Crimea's new single Loop A Loop, which is good, because the band deserve more recognition. I am averse to chewing gum though, it's horrible stuff that just messes up pavements and gets stuck in people's hair and also I hate things that are full of artificial sweeteners so there's 2 good reasons to hate it.

I think I'm one of the only people who doesn't like gum, it makes me really hungry! And the taste goes after a few minutes. That new 'fusion' gum stuff is even worse, it tastes like baby toothpaste.

Anyway, I've finally saw the new Cadbury's advert haha, I think it's genius! :D

Yeah, I remember that from when I went there when I was 7. People at school used to think it was really cool to chew gum. Recently I had to remove some from around the bathroom bin which wasn't nice at all, it is horrible stuff.

not to keen on adverts but this one i like

I like the Drench advert, obviously the Cadbury's drumming Gorrila, not the new one though.

I liked the M&S ones. You know, the "It's not just... It's an M&S...".

Is it the magners one, with the dancing guy in puppet and cartoon versions too? Doing that routine. I think it's Magners. Some sort of beverage at least.

Ah, I always wondered what that song was, it's really good.

And I love the Drench ad with the Thunderbirds character as well, by far the best ad on TV at the moment. That Waitrose ad with the huge picnic isn't bad either but I think I like it mainly for the song.
