Apart from Phil and Simon singing it seemed to lacked points where it really went off tangents like in previous series. Hopefully we'll see more of that in the other shows.

As for Amstell's haircut, it doesn't do him any justice... not when he has such elfish ears!

I'm not liking tonight's show. Stephen Fry has humour but it just isn't the right humour for Buzzcocks. Josie Lang is a funny woman but barely had a look in. I hardly heard from Phil in this episode. Not laughed once Still missing Bill!

Me too. I don't think Stephen Fry quite fitted Buzzcocks though but everyone was as deferential as has become the standard in his presence. Especially loved Simon's endearing attempts at wishing to be perceived intellectual by Stephen.

I can't wait for the next series of QI. I'm vehemently squeeing just at the thought of it

I liked this weeks show- grudgingly Simon for the first time in yonks annoyed me! and I do love Simon... I especially enjoyed the QI music over the closing titles, as a bit of a QI geek, I couldn't help but smile when I heard it.
