A few days ago I was watching reply videos on youtube. An American girl made a video called "emo/scene kids suck" and one of the replys was from a British girl who asked why she was taking their piss out. I had no idea what that meant... I'm assuming that it means to talk bad about someone.

What are some other slang words and terms that the British use?

I imagine it was "Stop taking the piss outta them" ?

It's just more british slang, a more agressive way of telling a person to stop being mean to people.

I never know which sayings Americans know and which you don't but here's a few..

Billy no mates

What has that got to do with the price of eggs

Gonna go see a man about a dog

Gorden Bennet!

Eyes are bigger than your belly

Bobs your uncle

So what do they mean?

There are soooooo many Scottish ones but they are only really understood in Scotland, a couple of examples being:

Hud yer weesht ~ Be quiet

Awa an bile yer heid ~ Get lost / Go away

Scunnered ~ Disgusted (but can also just mean bored or fed up)

Regular ones, that I can think of include:

Come a cropper ~ If something didn't end well

Banjoed ~ Drunk

Chips with everything ~ Monotony / boring

Daft as a brush ~ Stupid

Answers on a Postcard ~ Let me know your thoughts / ideas

Keep your hair on ~ Calm down

Keep your pecker up ~ Keep smiling

There are loads more, I just can't think of them just now ;)

I always thought this meant to go to the toilet.

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=see%20a%20man%20about%20a%20horse

Seems to refer to going somewhere that you don't want to discuss, often the toilet/bathroom.

The use of the word "piss" is a weird one.

Pissed = angry in the US

Pissed = drunk in the UK (pissed as a newt)

Pissed off = annoyed in the UK

Take the piss = make fun of in the UK

"Piss off" = go away

Pissing down = raining

Many different uses for one word. Slang is strange, urbandictionary.com can be very useful.

'Forget happiness I'm fine, I'll forget everything in time'
