Lots of action at Brands Hatch today... sadly I wasn't there in person but still, a good day and 3 different winners in the main BTCC races for first time this year.... well after one disqualification it worked out that way anyways.

nearly 2 months back at the gym & swimming. the difference is starting to show now, my arms look way better and my fitness has improved lots. i really enjoy going now to be honest.
