Detox is a waste of time, so im always on the beer and wine (plus red wine is suppose to be good for you anyway).

I haven't finished yet so I will be continueing until it is all gone - which should be some time as I have a crate of 20 cans of Carlsberg left and a box of 20 various Bottles. :cool:

May be we can have a Alcohol Amnesty like Zane Lowe's album amnesty. Any one with alcohol they don't want you send into Scott and he'll share it out for those retoxing.

I normally slow down the drinking in January-March. Not many parties after New Year and exams to do. So I don't think I'll be retoxing. Although having said that, my first week back at Uni I don't have many lectures, so might be able to fit in a couple of nights out.

I am joining the gym 2moro and the official "get healthy for 2007" will begin on the 8th when I go back to work. So technically I am retoxing at the moment eating all the choccies I got for Christmas
