DarkAngelMJH 12
Personally I wasn't a massive fan of it this morning, I didn't mind when he was chatting unless it was about 1D and we all knew who was going to be on the phone as soon as mentioned them. Beiber annoys me and I was in work by that time so didn't have to suffer hearing him. Far too much music to what ima used to, mind you last week Scott seemd to be massively music happy more than I usually remember him. I'll give him a few more listens as it was only his first show and see how it goes from there, otherwise I'll be listening to Scott Quote I am Burdened with Glorious Purpose - Loki Laufeyson

Grimmy played 21 songs this morning..... Random fact
DarkAngelMJH 12
I thought Scott had played more than usual last week, maybe to get people into the feel of more music? Melvin 10
Well I think it has been only a few days and Nick will grow into the role. If you can think back that far so did Chris like everything good it take time. Saying that I think so far so good. I like the show it is relaxed, fun and the music mix is just right. I loved The Chris Moyles Show and miss him but Nick is not bad at all. I feel that some people sould give him a break.
Nik B. 10
I'm a bit too busy to listen in at the moment, but once I get a break in my schedule he'll have a fair trial, same as Fearne had after Jo left. So no comment as yet xD Quote Nik B.Born to Toads.
harrysmyth 14
I think he's doing a great job. He's naturally funny in his links and is doing well so far. I think everyone needs to give him a break! x

KingTutsWWH 10
I've only caught Grimmy for a couple of mornings. I don't dislike the guy, but I'm afraid I'm off to R4 or R6 now. He simply isn't my cup of tea at 6.30 am.Phew! Radio 1. You've got rid of yet another undesirable older listener. Will still try to catch Scott when I can in the afternoon. You've got rid of yet another undesirable older listener. Will still try to catch Scott when I can in the afternoon.I have been with R2's Zoe Ball this week. Evans has been off, and will be off next week... so for the moment, I haven't listened to ANY of Grimshaw. Should be trying him out for the first time week beginning 15th October.... I suspect I will have to attempt to have Evans grow on me though, or try out R4 even. What happens on R4 at a breakfast time? Viv 14
You've got rid of yet another undesirable older listener. Will still try to catch Scott when I can in the afternoon.Same here. Sad it has come to this. But hey... I just listen to Scott when I can - one or two days a week (mostly around a lunchtime).Actually, I feel quite strongly it may take some time to actually forgive what R1 have done with Moyles. DarkAngelMJH 12
I would never listen to R2 in the morning as don't like Evans hopefully Grimmy won't be as bad talking about 1D next week Quote I am Burdened with Glorious Purpose - Loki Laufeyson
Viv 14
Evans is a struggle to listen to. He HAS changed a lot over the years, but I still can't seem to quite "get into him" (so to speak). DarkAngelMJH 12
I've never really liked him even on TFI Fridays ages ago Quote I am Burdened with Glorious Purpose - Loki Laufeyson
Viv 14
He was really way over the top during the TFI time period. Seriously over the top. He IS a lot more restrained on R2 these days. Somehow lacks the warmth Zoe Ball has had over this particular last week. Nik B. 10
R4 is great in the mornings, the today program I believe it's called. Though, if your not into news in the mornings, it might to be for you! I kinda see it as the BBC Breakfast of radio. The other alternative is of 1xtr..... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHahahahahaa I'm so funny. What happens on R4 at a breakfast time? The Today programme, with John Humphrys. For what it's worth, I only heard Monday and Tuesday's shows, but I thought Nick did well. The features and format of the show will obviously take time to settle - they'll figure out what works and what doesn't - but he is a natural presenter and his general chat and flow is very good I think. oli 10
I've really enjoyed Grimmy's show! It hasn't been perfect and some of the features ought to go, I'm not mad on the Waking Up song or Four-Tunes but the rest is very good. He has a brilliant rapport with the guests. I'd like to hear more from Ian (who I seem to remember as being v.funny from Coxy's show), Fiona & Matt but at least they are on microphone now unlike the first show. All in all I think he's been really promising and I've enjoyed listening
Melvin 10
Talking about the show features. Wheel of Four-Tunes is good but needs work it needs a point. Nick's Tape is poor rip off and has no point with the Golden Hour you had to gest the year, it also had that link with radio 1 history and the tunes had that feel good pop factor that has a friday feel good feeling. Call or Delete is great and funny, I would say I am not sure how long Nick can do it before his phone book stopped playing along. There is that one with The Quiz Bot I can't think of its name, I think it will grow the Bot needs some more lines. As for other features I can't think of the other right now but I give the features a good base but could do better.

R94N 10
What happens on R4 at a breakfast time? The Today Programme. You seem to like Jeremy Vine, discussion and current affairs things, and since that is all about news and whatnot I'd think you'd like it.
