Radio 1 Summer Schedule

My mum phones me sometimes when she can't be bothered to come talk to me. Mobile phones have made us all lazy. My sister texts me to tell me to turn down my music sometimes.

My best friend sends me amusing texts sometimes when we're in the same room. Sometimes he texts me by accident when we're in the same room and he meant to text someone else.

Last year in Halls we had free internal phones so we used to phone each other quite a lot as they were very loud so guaranteed to wake someone up. It's a bit silly though when you can actually hear their phone ringing from your room, you're that close. We used MSN as well.

Yep, I do that. Although I usually use MSN because it's cheaper and I'm more likely to get a response.

I use MSN, cause I'm too lazy to actually speak to my relatives.

I don't text, I use msn/skype etc. I use it to talk to my sister who's in the room next to me...

My housemate did that a lot, she even did it when we were sitting opposite each other in the lounge once, haha (it was something she didn't want my other housemate to overhear). A lot of people I know seem to text/talk to their housemates on MSN even though they're only a few feet away.

Stalker Boy used to text me a lot from in the same house. I am trying to forget about all that now though.

My friend texts me when he doesn't want the other people around to know what he's saying and also sometimes just to say something silly to make me laugh.

i was sat in maths yesterday and the person i was sat next to was texting the person directly behind me. they were only 2 meters away!!!

When I was at school people used to pass notes in lessons.... I suppose these days texts are free/inclusive so people send them instead.

I remember that - notes were cute When someone was sitting very far away you had to get about 20 people involved, or you would just pretend you had to put something in the bin (but that way you would have to be the one sitting at the back - I was always at the back as I was one of the cool kids )

Yeah, the worst bit was when the teacher intercepted someone's notes. It was funny if they read out someone else's notes but not funny if they were yours!

Ah the good old days of year 10.

Actually my friends and I sometimes write notes to each other on our lecture notes and draw pictures. Usually notes about how we're falling asleep and the lecturer is so boring.

Ha ha I remember the old paper and pen method of messaging in class lol I have to admit I have msn'd of texted my sister when in the same house, but usually if she is upstairs and its not important enough to go up and speak with her in person lol xxxx

I always have the Radio on so if my Mum wants me when I'm upstairs she'll ring me as I don't hear her when she shouts!
