Just looking at amzon they have the best of dvd's, the best of series 1 & 2 and the best of series 3 & 4 and the winter olympic one. May be worth a purchace.

Another good Top gear tonight, the Van challenge a the end was great, with Clarkson throwing the stuff in the Van, his door coming offf and Hammond topping the van over.

That for me, was an even more spectacular finale than the exploding caravan.

So.. Clarkson's started filming for the new series but it looks like it'll go a series without the Hamster as things stand... not clear at the moment whether they will be doing a feature showing his crash etc... When IS the next series due now?

I read that they're just gonna do the parts that don't include Richard. If that's true, the new series won't be done until at least the new year. I hope they include the Hamster cos it really won't be the same without him!

i watched it, my mum almost cried, but she *is* extremely sad like that so i wouldn expect anything less haha... still amazes me to this day how he actualy managed to survive...

I found it really distressing - I kept thinking we were listening to what actually should have been a man's last words, and watching what should have been his final moments of life. I found it really distressing. But Top Gear was great.

Does anyone agree that Hammond still looks a bit unwell - it might just be that he has lost weight or something, but he looks very thin and worn. But then expecting him to look in the peak of health is probably asking a bit much, whatever he says about being completely better.

I think that was what made my blood run cold - when he had finished the 314mph run and said "I feel so alive!" - and we all knew what was coming. Truly freaked me out.

It was fantastic to see Hamster back on Top Gear in 1 piece. Was great to see the 3 of them on form as usual. Was quite moving to see Clarkson so obviously touched by the whole thing and the crash footage was amazing. Poor fella thank god hes ok.

****ing hell. The guy really is lucky to be alive. The reality of the crash doesnt hit home until you see the footage of it.
