I don't have a problem with people thinking of me as having a crush on people like Laura, but I don't. I'm just saying that by the sounds of what people have told me, they wouldn't want anything sexual with the people they have a "crush" on, but they look up to them and like the way they look/are. I know that's true in my case anyway.

I don't have many female friends and I tend to spend much more time with males, and I also prefer males as musicians in general and those are the kind of people I tend to admire. There are lots of men who I admire a lot as musicians but wouldn't say I have a crush on. Sometimes I see women that I admire and think are pretty, but I can't think of any right now.

If you've not got many same-sex friends, you're probably less likely to admire people of your own sex. I personally find that. It's not that I don't like girls. I just don't relate to them very well in most cases. So that kind of goes for celebrity females as well.
