Oh that should be good fun. I must say the best radio show I have found at the minute is Mark Radcliffe on Radio 2 at night, is a genius show All he needs now is lard back and that would be a must listen show.

As most of his target audience will probably be out when he's on. I enjoy his sunday show as it's good hangover radio. It'll be podcasts or listen again for me

I'm not a fan of Russell Brand. He is irritating and dull and thinks he is really funny and attractive to all women but he really isn't.

i must say that his jokes are all the same and it does get a bit annoying, but he hes more of a laugh to listen to than a lot of radio presenters

Brand is brilliant... love him... but you either get him or you don't. Most of those that hate him haven't seen him do Stand Up, and I forgive them for that.. once you see Russ do Stand Up, you'll realise what he's all about.

i think russell brand will be good on radio two. it's about time they start to appeal more to the younger side of their audience.

I went through a Radio 2 phase a few years ago (yes it was a momentary lapse brought on by the relentless garage and hip hop they used to play on Radio 1) but these days it just seems to cater for the over 50s and i don't think Russel will appeal to that audience. I personally love the guy. I find his humour refreshing. Some of my friends met him at a recording of his MTV show the other day and apparently he's really pleasant and polite in real life.
