I think he is trying to compete with Richard. He's got a farm.

Jezza got his farm first, as far as i know his farm is where his lighthouse is on the Isle of Man, a bunch of ramblers were moaning about him closing off a walkway that goes through his land, but there is some sort of animal (snail i think) that lives there & its protected by law there is only a few colonies (whatever a bunch of snails is called) in the UK, so the walkway had to be closed because the ramblers were treading on where they live.

Ah, okay. I assummed Richard was first, because i heard him say about his first.
