Scott's participating in the Great North Run this year on the 5th October 2008.

He'll be running for the Anthony Nolan Trust which focuses on leukaemia and bone marrow transplantation.

I was trying to get more sponsorship for Scott at cm.net, only to have the topic closed & padlocked by obsessed admin.

It may work in a positive way though, because people are going to be curious to see why it was locked, and it may attract more attention (hopefully).

Oh dear... by the reaction they all gave sounds like you were asking them to give all their money to Scott and live on the streets... I would have said something else as example, but it involved shoving things up bottoms..

well, more proof that cm.net are... a bit... odd. (oh man I've never had so much trouble hiding the full extent of my disdain for a site before!)

how longs the donation thing gonna be open for? I literally have no money at the moment, but will be starting a new job in a few weeks, I'll be able to donate then :)

mmm, but I've done a little fundraising on Justgiving myself, and theres usually a page closing date, a day when you can't donate after, which I can't see on Scotts Page. so will it really hurt if it's after the run? I can't see a page closing date... ahh well, if I can't through there, I'll just give directly to tghe Anthony Nolan Trust instead :D

Yeah... considering the chocolate bar he tried to eat, secretly!!! God knows what other forbidden things he does when no one's looking ;)

I'll donate as soon as my loan has come through. It's worth it.
