At last, someone who wasn't that impressed by her at Radio 1.

Yeah, but her boyfriend was on at the same time as Madge.;)

It seems to me, from your comments, that the Madonna set was crap live, but looked much better on telly. We did notice her miming a bit though...not so good.

It might have appealed more to those who were big fans, and I think it's great they got her in. But as someone who hasn't heard her new album and only knows the classics, it wasn't much fun.

Madonna is what she is...a good musician and brilliant at publicising herself. I think she celebrates music in all its styles so was glad she was at the R1 weekend.

But I spose it must be strange for Edith to effectively see someone of her mums generation headlining the R1 stage!

Sorry, I don't see the irony. I was reading in a magazine about Queen Allen just last week, in which she states that she has taken drugs in the past, and may take them again in the future (she doesn't know yet). A fine example to the youth of today... I give you, Lily Allen! :rolleyes:

Yes Madonna's perfect. She's not jumped up at all. We should all live our lives like her. The woman who can't hold down a marriage, joins a crazy cult and treats kids in Africa like toys in a toy shop. If only we were all like her.

She was married to a maniac: I've said this before. You obviously haven't seen the "I'm going to tell you a secret" documentary, where her husband was an ignorant shit.

Even if he was, which is quite hard to judge from a documentary, doesn't the fact that she married him make her just as insane?
