Bebo's rubbish! But I have to be on there because some of my Scots friends insist on using it. I think I like facebook best now I've got one in a slightly altered name. I did that so people I don't want to find me, can't find me. :)

And Kate Modern is bebo exclusive as far as I know, haven't ever seen it on YouTube or anything.

UM is a nice place

Alan Partridge appears to be on the right!

Divas that fire people if the microphone isn't turned up? Kelly Osbourne will be firing herself next.

Right it's near enough 5.45 I'm off to go find out where my tea is...

Hmm.. my RealPLayer doesn't work. All of a sudden it's just stopped and it won't start again. And this time, I don't think it's because of the rrrrubish internet connection.

Haha, I have to hear that. The ironic thing is they turn off her computer screens and put bits of paper reminding her of the web address!

I heard Reggie goes to the Radio 1 toilet in the middle of Kate Modern too. I'm just glad I didn't ever get locked in that toilet. Who would save the work experience boy? You can't get a signal in that bog on Orange either!

Ha! What Bebo page is this on?

"The winning bidder will receive:

* Two tickets to the world premiere of He's Just Not That Into You. The premiere location has not yet been determined but will be in either Los Angeles or New York this July.

* Chauffeured car service to the premiere

* Hair and makeup for one by Privé

* A meet and greet with Scarlett Johansson at the premiere"

It's not even a date with her, it's a "meet and greet".

Getting up early to get Guillemots tickets tomorrow. Still think I should get some chavcada tickets.

Sorry, was trying to teach my parents how to use Sky+ to no luck!

You're all very quiet tonight. What's everyone up to? Excitation, Jim is coming back to EastEnders.

    • Indeed - many of those same soothsayers were predicting the rise & rise of Jordon North on R1, too!
    • Not sure the obsession from Aled with celebrities. Between him and Danny Beard he's making some odd decisions.
    • Reference to Jordan having Katie’s coat (random), and potentially taking the old show box with him.
    • I'm curious - in what context did Vick and Katie mention Jordan? Was it r.e. Arielle's wedding?
    • Since Easter at the beginning of April, Vick, Katie and Jamie have been on together just 4 times. Which is crazy for a brand new, high profile Radio 1 show. Imagine Jordan being off that regularly on Capital because of ‘other commitments’ - would never happen.  Jamie has only presented 6 times in the past month. Katie has presented every single show. Given how she got the job at the last minute I think very likely she would have had other commitments, which she will have cancelled/rearranged, cos being Radio 1 drive time host is a massive gig.   Vick, Katie and Jamie - 4 times; Vick and Katie - 10 times; Katie and Jamie - 2 times; Katie and Lauren - 2 times.
    • I see Katie (and Mairead) were out with Jordan tonight.  I don’t listen to the show any longer, I am shocked they are allowed to mention Jordan.
    • At least I do not ask stupid questions…😂
    • I suggest you follow the other DJs too if so, you will learn the hardest working will go further 🤣
    • A simple check on his instagram would answer all your questions , he’s on tour with his wife and the team behind his podcast. I suggest anyone to follow the radio presenters, you will learn a lot about their other jobs and work commitments.
    • Where is Jamie? It felt like he was settling in when Vick wasn’t on but he’s not been on since last Tuesday now. They’ve not even mentioned him, in fact they’ve mentioned Jordan more than they’ve mentioned him in the last two days.
    • Scott's show is on the road next week, live from Malmö in Sweden on Wednesday and Friday, ahead of Eurovision. As he's doing the semi final coverage on the TV on Tuesday and Thursday alongside Rylan, Gary Davies sits in for him on those days.
    • I don't feel there's so much overlap between M&M and Scott's shows. M&M is of a similar calibre to Scott & Chris on R1, with genuine laugh out loud moments and usually a show packed full of real interesting content. Scott's R2 show is IMO a shadow of the stuff he did on R1 (not his fault, he's doing exactly what station management want), with music and content to appeal to a much older audience.
    • To be fair, Scott & Chris would've still been fine on Radio 1. It was mentioned at the time that Scott's move was very much on Radio 2's part rather than Radio 1 wanting to move them on. That's the one problem that Radio 2 has, trying to appeal to such a wide demographic.. it's the perfect listen for many, but equally a turn off for many others. I think they have the balance fairly right.
    • I agree Scott has always been a good standalone presenter, but always better when with someone. When chappers left the radio one show it felt a different show and Chris joining was what it needed and brought new life. for the format of the radio 2 show Scott’s show fits well with the station but again, there’s the huge gap between radio1 and 2 As been said already old radio2 listeners feel it now feels too young with latest changes, yet old radio1 listeners still feel radio 2 feels too old. The inbetween stage demographic of too old for radio 1 but too young for radio 2 is still not catered for radio 2 was left to grow old with its audience for too long and to change things up now feels to try and change a brand image the right thing to do is leave it as it is and cater for that 1.5 demographic which I’m sure the new proposed 00s and 10s station will do if approved. Problem is it’s so overdue that by the time it gets off the ground these listeners are already likely to be lost and the changing image of radio2 likely to lose what it stands for as a brand with the “it’s too young now “  moving to boom and the “ it still sounds old “ crowd not able to move with their favourite presenters like Scott so finding themself on capital a radio 1.5 would have been perfect for Scott and Chris, seems unlikely but this is why I think who branding of bbc radio needs a rethink if these new stations get off ground
