So, Ash Wednesday is upon us this week, will you be giving anything up for 40 days (and 40 nights)?

I'm going to be giving up chocolate, crisps etc, which shouldn't be too hard, but should still be a bit of a challenge.

Sort of cheating because I haven't had any cheese or meat for a few weeks now and I've been eating hardly any chocolate since Christmas.

Craig and I went to 'All Things Chocolate' after work to have my final hot chocolate before Lent starts. It was sooooo yummy. If anyone ever visits Nottingham, make sure you go there. It's on Pelham Street and they make the nicest hot chocolate I've ever had, plus they give you a free chocolate. It's proper chocolate too, that tastes gorgeous and melts in your mouth.

I really need to stop talking about chocolate.

Fortunately I enjoy healthy food and doing some exercise.
