Ive had a very very lazy day today, mainly consisting of me lying on my bed, with this laptop, procrastinating as to whether i should move and do some much needed school work for tomorrow. Needless to say, im still here.

Theres a rather large pile of books in the corner, screaming my name. Im too scared to look in case i have more work than i thought.

Oh well, bugger it!

At the moment I am living with a load of boys and 1 other girl, who spends most of her time in her room. All I can hear is boys fighting and being generally teenage and male.

This morning our cleaner told us that they've found Legionnaire's disease in the water tanks in the Hall next door. Apparently young people can't really get it, but it's still slightly scary. I've got a load of bottled water so I don't have to drink the water out of the taps, which is horrible.

It's sunny here today for once, but I have to do work.

You don't get Legionnaires from drinking infected water - you have to breathe it in. It does grow in water, but will only infect people if that water gets into the air -mostly from air-conditioning systems etc. If its only in a normal water tank its probably safe. And young people can, and do, get it. Legionella pneumophila. Nasty little bacteria.

Crap day yesterday, really rubbish..

Basically, today a girl moved into our Science set because she's been moved out of every other one except ours. Ive had problems with this girl for ages, since about Year9, shes really distruptive, shouts out, is rude to teacher and distracts everyone in the class. And Ive found that all the rest of the class have suffered cos of her(she always seems to be on her final warning about being expelled but it never happens)

Thing is, shes friends with my best friend who I sit next to, and yesterday she decided to come and sit right bang in the middle of us during our Biology Lesson.

For all of the lesson they were laughing and chatting away, getting told off by the teacher all all the time.

Then, they decided to have a go at me for not talking im generally a really quiet girl and was trying to listen to what was being said by my teacher cos I missed a lesson cos I was ill, they found it amusing that I was choosing not to talk whilst they carried on.

Anyways, Ive asked to be moved for the better of my education, but I dont know how to tell my friend cos she already seems in a well annoyed mood with me anyway.

Saw her in town today and she had a really horrible tone with me.

Ah well, on a slightly lighter note im redoing one of my music gcse performance pieces cos it went a bit wrong, its good that they're giving me a second chance though. :-)

Today I spent some quality time in the library reading a book about world climate. Now I am going to go to Sainsbury's. The Uni catering people decided Cornettos would make a good dessert for tonight's dinner, which was random and slightly suspicious considering it's the middle of January. I am still looking for a 4th housemate for next year.

I've been asked to convert to Islam today, and join the Norwich Socialist Workers group. Those crazy people of Norwich...

just remember islam is the religion of peace.
