Been to kings lynn today and it was fun i suppose...got to see my not so lovley cousins today but they did take me shopping and i got some new stuff

oh yeah and today some idiot got herself stuck in debanahms lift for 10 mins and ended up freezing to death cos i forgot my coat..

im very very very cold..as cold as france and i made the mistake of going out in a t-shirt and hoodie and no coat..

Went shopping with a mate this morning then got a call from my dad telling me i had to go up to his work and sign some paperwork for my new ID...it took absolutley ages pfft.

Anyways im home to review todays show and talking to people on msn and the phone.

Since November i have lost nearly a stone in weight which is cool and my arms, pecs and stomach are coming on a treat. It is really cool now, i can look back at my ex and laugh my f**king head off.

These last two days i have been in a bad mood and i am going down the gym tommorow to beat the sh*t out of the punchbag.
