Yep, glad I'm not using the Tube at the moment. It's hot enough normally being packed like sardines. It's something you have to experience to believe. From the Evening Standard in front of me: "Surely the Central Line has to be the seventh circle of hell. It just gets hotter and hotter." - glad I'm at home...

i am melting, my hens are starting to turn blue because they struggling for breath in the heat one is almost dead because of the heat

I just bought a load of ice-pops to keep me cool and the one I'm eating is already melting! I'm cold now though!

The shop i'm in has air conditioning set to max so it's about 20ish degrees. My friends shop doesn't have air conditioning and has hit 50. He's slowly melting away...Melting...oh what a world.

Yeah that is what they are saying for us as well. It has a terrible long term forecast (similar to The Times actually) but the temps. are probably about right in it.
