I have just found out what i am doin for my work experience at school. I am doing radiology up at the hospital (obviously). I either want to be a radiologist or a paediatrition not sure yet tho.

You're lucky you know what you want to do. All the work experience I did made me think I could never work in an office I still have no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life.

Im off to a Vets cos Im probs going to end up going to Vet School if I follow my dream,get good grades and work my ass off.

Otherwise I really want to go into Radio Production/Broadcasting.

Mind you,as my Mum says I change my mind every week about what I want to do.

I think working in a vets/hospital would be difficult, its too easy to get attached and care for people/animals to see them die/be put to sleep right onfront of you, definately dont think I could do that.

Ive done it twice and never got anything either ah well y'never know...3rd time lucky,Ive got 2 weeks of work ex coming up.

When I did work experience, years ago, I got a mirror for the corner of my screen like in a car. Wasn't amazingly useful.

Peolpe who do work experience with my company don't get anything - maybe a spare pen

Last Summer when I had nothing to do and I had weeks to spare I did 2 weeks each at different Vets around the area.

And then Im doing it again at a different Vets in a couple of weeks time.

It looks good on your Uni application especially when your going for such a competative course like Vetinary Medicine,which is so hard to get into unfortuantly.

I've done some with my mum, some with my dad and some with my cousin over the last few years. In fact I did 2 weeks with the IT guys at my mum's work.
