Beccy has been in charge of the podcasts for ages. She wasn't there yesterday so you should actually blame the person covering! Normally they go live the next day so without her there that's where things suffer

No, it's not life and death. But it's fair to expect people to do their jobs properly. And, as I said, the podcasts have been spotty for ages. Sometimes, they're thorough well-edited, and other times, you can tell someone slapped them together because they were in a hurry.

You might feel differently if you (a) weren't friendly with the person in question and ( if you were reliant on the podcast to keep up with the show.
