OK, I have decided to fall in love with Dev from Radio 1 after looking at his Wikipedia page. Then I googled him and saw his hair. Not so much in love with him anymore. I think I'll listen to him on iPlayer if it's on there, tomorrow(:

None of the options on your poll. At the minute I think he's decent. Good to listen to for a short while but couldn't listen for a whole show. However I think he needs to be given a lot more time to improve and think he will do just that.

He's a lot better than he was when he first started, and I'm confident he'll continue to get better. I like him, not only is he a very nice guy but I honestly can't think of any reason to not like him. By no means is he the greatest DJ Radio 1's ever had, and I doubt he'll ever be anywhere near that league, but the amount of hate and ridicule he gets is completely uncalled for. I like him, I voted yes. And I like his hair too.

I dont like him. He is amateurish, bland and talks in a ridiculous, naff voice. I dont "hate him" though, but as that was the only option available I had to pick it.

I agree. However we all said the same about Greg when he was on earlies; now look at him, right at home in the afternoons

Yes, his hair is erm, interesting. Like most of this thread, I think he seems a really OK guy, his presententation style just doesnt grab me though. Definitely not mainstream daytime cover, although I'd just as soon hear Dev than Vernon.........

Radio 1 disagree. His only work is mainstream daytime and has already covered for Greg and Scott.
