They could do with adding a small 'rounded corners' image at the end of the bar and make it blend slightly better.

I much prefer the daytime layout, i think the evening layout is too dark and not very appealing. Wheras the 1xtra site is using a nice blue. Just noticed there both using the same style header now.

1Xtra does look smart. The content looks a bit bare though.

I wonder if the Chart Show is both of them as opposed to just Fearne.

Interesting:

One thing i've picked up from that, which he dosent really talk about, is that they're doing the video stuff (currently on Moyles) for switch too. God thats going to be boring (and yes I know its not really aimed at me! :))

Well that's been known about since yesterday hasn't it?

Shoot me - I brought an old topic back.

But, has anybody recently looked at the Radio 2 website over the past few weeks? They've been improving it again and it looks really nice.

The main reason i've brought this back up is because of how the presenter pages now look, which is very very nice. I wonder if we can expect an update to the Radio 1 website soon? I'd imagine they would bring it in line with the other sites, especially as its nicer.

It would depend on whether they've completed all of the other pages. BBC Asian Network was one of the most recently updated mini-sites too.

Just taken a look at the Asian Networks site, don't like what they've done with the presenter pages, its not as creative and well 'nice' as the Radio 2 site.

All of the BBC blogs are being gradually upgraded to a new, wide template, and Radio 1's blogs are currently in progress.

So far:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/chrismoyles/

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/radio1movies/

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/zanelowe/

Personally, I'm surprised the Moyles team still have a blog, it's just mostly "What are we doing today", on some days. Maybe it'll have a natural death like http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/jowhiley/ did... other DJs, like Greg, make much better use of it.
