The fact the he has funny sidekick Chappers and the lovely Laura on his show... and they all seem to be up for doing almost anything in the name of entertainment... less so with Chappers, but thats entertaining in itself.

Anyhoo - To be honest only really just started listening to mills properly since he's been doing breakfast, just downloaded the best bits from the site (Laura's Diary/ Flirt Divert etc..) but I do like him now. Mainly because you hear Scott and Chappers taking the p* out of each other and the pair of them taking the p* out of Laura. None of it's scripted, it's just how they get along and he comes up with great ideas for his shows that have got everyone talking about them (how many other DJ's had their feature on Hollyoaks or any other Tv programme).

I think the fact Scott is quite down to earth and he still has a good element of show entertainment to keep everybody interested, he also plays quite a broad spectrum of musical tastes.
