Oh. Thought this thread was going to be entitled Can anyone tell me, Why does Fearne, say...

a.have a job at Radio 1?

b. talk utter garbage most of the time?

c. have a particularly irritating put on over-enthusiatic, bordering on patronising manner?

d. make me switch over to another station?

Feel free to go on if you like. I could.

Back on topic. 'cos she's a thickie. Espadrilles are pronounced /espadreel/. If you can do a roll on the 'r', even better.:)

'To disagree with three-fourths of the British public is one of the first requisites of sanity'.

You know I thought I heard her corrected. Maybe she thinks it's a very "Fashion" thing to do...it's not. It's just wrong.

A

xx :D

PS Have you noticed she does that David Brent thing of using the French word for something or saying something like,

"Mumatron and I went away at the weekend and stayed in a beautiful cottaaaarrrge"

She's not a thickie... Big deal if she couldn't say a word properly : I can't say burglary (does this make me a menace in society).

She's a talented little lady. She's got better in that radio time slot, but is still more suited to TV presenting, with her bubbly attitude/outlook.

I like her fashion designs too... bit expensive, but nice!!
