Well i'd expect a line in there about prizes not being transferable for an alternative or something, and maybe *Cash value=0.001p*, they're usually good at covering their own a**es, that's all I'm saying.

I read the ones for The album competition where it says there is no alternative, But as Thats run by a record company and not Scott's 'Management' or whoever it is the terms might be different.

meh, it makes no difference who is running it, it's on their site so they are the ones who should be sorting it out, if they have said "it's nothing to do with us" then i would just leave it & let them know how bad etc you feel about it, maybe a email to the Trading Standerds as competitions are regulated;

I really like the "official" site. It's nice to have that to call upon for info, but also have this site to be perhaps a bit more "real" without concerns of being censored.
