Good news for us who aren't Sky Plus subscribers. Sky are stopping the £10 a month charge. "Many of you have said that you want Sky+, but to get it, it needs to be more affordable. We believe that by removing the Sky+ subscription cost for Sky Digital customers, it will mean that more of you are able to enjoy the benefits of Sky+."

I just asked dad about it. He thinks it's a con. But we were the first to get Sky when they scrapped that £200 charge on boxes, so hope we'll be one of the first on this. I envy those who have Sky+ we're still in the dark ages with VCRs. Will work on my dad on this one...

Knowing sky that means they'll be putting the subcripton rates up once enough people have signed up or am I being to cynical plus how much are the boxes gonna be for existing sky digital customer who want to upgrade,
