Got to bed at 2am this morning after drinking half a bottle of wine(left over from my parents) and i was watching the rest of amelie that french film.

Got up at 6:55am for you lot to review the show and then i went to Newcastle and spent £100 on revision books,and then this lady had a go at me when she found out i went to private school in Harrogate.

Yesterday was pretty rubbish. I got home, and felt so shattered after being awake each morning and working, that I fell asleep. Then I had a phone call from work asking me to go in at 7pm, which quite frankly was a pain 'cos I wanted to sleep. Then my mum got on the me saying I should be doing all this extra work and I got very annoyed.

Anyway, in the end to get away from it all I ended up going in to work, and their response? 'Oh, who asked you to come in at 7, we don't really need you till 8 but never mind'

Got paid in advance for next week though as Friday'll be a bank holiday, so double pay next Friday.

Mum's birthday today, I couldn't really think of what to get so I got a big expensive bunch of flowers and then she moaned cos I didn't get her a card.

Oh crap,its my mums birthday in a couple of weeks and i forgot to order some flowers from work today damn...was a good chance to get them ordered too.

Today was Cold and Wet,went into work this morning and the ceiling fell down drama drama drama! and then this afternoon i went shopping with my parents and got some new clothes and stuff.

Im really tired,so i reckon its an early night for me tonight.

Yay Barney home.

I've gone all professional and have a book for my accounts now, haha. I've come to the conclusion I have £20 left. I got paid yesterday as well :cry:

awh! did she have a good un?

the wine is on,i pesterd dad to let me have a glass or 2 or 3..doesnt go well with brandy and lemonade though bleugh......doo be doooo..

Hmmmm, a lot of people seem to have birthdays at the mo. It's my mum's on Tuesday as well. And for once I've actually bought my own presents instead of leaving it to my dad.

Its my mates tommorow,and my other mates the day after my mums and i need to get the present to her somehow cos she lives in Wetherby.

Have a tad headache and im really tired :(

haha,im going round to someones house to watch it hopefully if it stops snowing.

Just got Biology to revise for now then todays revision is finished.

BTW,if you are going to watch it we're the ones in the Pink/Purple and Black woo.

my sisters birthday today so going out with the family tonight were going to got pizza express done all my washing today the smell of my bag was horrilbe after having wet ski-ing things in it

      I suspect they’re gonna tie the announcement into something, or they’ve changed plans. I know we’ve said it as a joke but I wonder if Aled was planning on giving it to someone like Danny Beard, but he’s decided against that after the last few weeks. Seems clear to me, though, that if Jordan hadn’t left, then Katie would’ve taken Dean and Vicky’s slot and Matt and Mollie would’ve stayed on weekends, which probably explains why they haven’t picked a replacement yet. If it was going to be the obvious choice, I.e. James Cusack, surely they would’ve announced it by now..?

      Yep think they mentioned that this is their penultimate weekend of shows but then they will also be on air during Big Weekend and they mentioned they'll be doing 'Party Anthems' on stage during Big Weekend which sounds intriguing. Will miss Matt & Mollie on weekends - they in particular have made that Friday afternoon slot their own - but they'll be great on weekdays. Do wonder if 'Summer on Radio 1' is just a placeholder name until they decide on who will cover the interim. While it's obviously not the case it does feel like they've forgotten there's that weekend afternoon slot to fill given no permenant presenter has been announced for it yet.

      I think more likely it'll just be a temp presenter for weekends 1-4 to give Matt & Mollie time off, plus time to plan and pilot the new show.

      Yeah I don’t think they’ll be anything that drastic - maybe a week or 2 of cover on early breakfast etc, but maybe just having that weekend afternoon slot covered over the summer means they can put someone on from September who maybe isn’t available until then?

      I wouldn't be surprised if they do this around June time: 05.00 Ore Olukoga 07.00 Greg James 10.30 RMC 14.00 VKJ  That'll probably happen (for my guess) from the 17th June. And for weekends: 07:00 Sam & Danni 11:00 Gregor Davidson 15:00 Charlie Hedges Maybe Fridays aswell: 07:00 Greg James 11:00 Gregor Davidson 14:30 Jack Saunders

      The Summer on Radio 1 thing makes me wonder whether they might be doing something similar to last year again where they have a temporary schedule over the summer before introducing changes in September - maybe the new host won’t start until after the summer?
