My hair is about 3-4 inches shorter than yours in that photo. Not becuase I'm trying to be fasionable or a rocker you understand, just cos I can't be bothered going to the hairdressers, too much stuff to do like...um....washing my...no...um....oh posting on here....yes that'll do I'm too busy posting on here.

Yeah, Jono, butting in on threads you started but lost interest in. My hair is about midway between Dynamoo's and your first picture but I havent't cut my fringe so that hangs down to my chin and the back hits the collar of my shirt and splays out everywhere.

Guys can get away with the slightly scruffy look and call it "cool" (I'm so old and "un-cool" that I have to put those words in quotations) it's a lot harder for girls. I'm quite suprised Dynamoo that your hair appears to be your natural colour in that photo...or at least all one colour anyway. I expected...well something different.

Do what I do, boycott hairdressers, I'm not sure on what grounds yet but I'm sure we'll come up with something worth boycotting them for soon....

Ooo just got one. I'm not getting my hair cut until Scott cuts it for me whether he's had training or not.

It's cheaper not to get my hair cut. A friend of mine pays about £80 every 6 weeks to get her hair cut. Crazy. The more often you cut it, the faster it grows, and hers looks exactly the same anyway.

Nothing wrong with guys with long hair as long as they wash it.

I wash it every day...since I'm running out of shampoo and there's no beer in the house I may try washing it with Pinot Grigio just to see what happens.

I used to be scared of the barbers like most people are scared of the dentists... just imagine what my hair would get like... true story...

I am the same. I get more nervous about getting my hair cut than going to the dentist. However my hair is better longer, so it's ok.

There is a great barbers in Nott'm, I miss it, it's up from Cucamara's on the right (if your coming from Market Square), they give you a proper good cut and use and old cut throat razor with a leather strap to do the hairs on the back of your neck.

However the main reason I went there was cos they has a really fit girl with a large chest working there and either knowingly or unknowingly she'd be rubbing her chest against the side of my head for the better part of an hour...

I used to go there twice a week!

Damn, the one just down from Trent FM (I'm crap with road names me) is alright too, near Marks' and that weird little statue/fountain thingy...the place where there's that ice cream van everyday that sells donuts in winter. by Maccy D's, down from Virgin...I wish I had a roadmap.

No don't think so, it's got brown leather sofas, that's about all I can remember...hell it's probably changed since I was there anyway.

How come? It's dyed dark brown and naturally my hair is lighter, I had a blonde chunk which was then red at one point *shrug* What were you expecting? Just curious.

Nothing wrong with it, very sensible and nice, just not very....rock...oh what do I know I'm an old man anyway...in my day it were all quiff's that them teddy boys had, then it were the long hippies and then *rambles on for quite a while*

I've had black before by accident and it looks so bad because I have freckles and am pale as anything, but the coloured streaks... Might try it. Could do with it looking different, colours are the way to go.
