Matt Le Blanc In With Moyles

Yes he is plugging a new series of Episodes.

I like Friends in small doses, but am disconcerted by the diehard fans who'll do a day's Friends marathon. Weirdos.

Anyway Episodes is rather funny and pretty dark, not cloying in the slightest. I think you should give it a try Viv.

Haven't seen Graham Norton yet... but definitely going to.

I loved Friends when it was on, the first few series were definitely the best though... And Episodes was actually really good, if not a bit weird at first, but it really grew on me. And the cliffhanger at the end of it was brilliant, so I'm really glad it's got a second series :)

Have to say he was awful.... way too low energy - almost as bad as Cheryl Cole... not quite... but close... very close.

As Moyles was saying this morning.... he could possibly improve over future Shows, as he and the team become familiar with each other. Always awkward, I guess, initially, as you are getting to know a guest, and not quite sure what will be acceptable to say .... Hmmm.

I think I have come to the conclusion that there is "laid back" and there is being an arsehole. He falls into category two.

I would NEVER get on with him. NEVER, EVER, EVER. He even looks out of it. Not even the voice... it is the actual f* face as well.

In fact, you know what... some of these guests need to be TOLD they have to talk quite a lot, or someone needs to talk to their people. Most of the time, we, as listeners, cannot see the body language unless the interview is on WEBCAM, so we are just left feeling rather irritated.

There is kind of some excuse for him.. He is new to the Moyles' show, and he is an actor. Cheryl Cole, on the other hand, with her experience on TV competition shows, etc., REALLY should have known better.

Agreed. Didn't find this particularly entertaining either. I'm afraid I'd put the fault mainly down to Moyles and Dave. Rather dopey\lazy (perhaps trying to be 'edgy') script\questioning. Le Blanc has come across very well in all the other interviews I've seen. Hmm.

Don't let it put you off having a look at Episodes though. 11 May BBC2 10pm.

I thought it sounded a little awkward on air.

It did but as Viv reminds us he is an actor. Although he is associated with comedy he is not necessarily a funny guy...thus he is probably a very good actor.

I thought Cheryl was ok. I don't understand the problem with her apart from the fact that her new single is awful. In comparison to Le Blanc she is akin to Eddy Izzard.

I didn't mind listening to him, yummy voice. Moyles & Dave set the interview really by talking about nothin and then they all really just chatted a bit and asked 1 or 2 questions.

Would have been better if Dave had asked, 'How you doin'?'
