A. Once again, the cash goes to great causes.... for example, 1 in 5 teenagers self-harm in the UK.... there are organisations where people can go to talk things through, for example, the Wish Centre in Harrow.... All the cash keeps places like this going!!

B. £2.50 can pay for a personal alarm for someone who has been attacked/raped. Imagine the confidence this can give to a person trying to overcome the fear of getting on with a daily life many people take for granted.

A special Mile has just taken place in London where adventurer Ben Fogle and Olympian James Cracknell pulled Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills in a rickshaw all the way around the route. Scott's been completing a Mile from Hell all this week to raise cash - but we suspect it was Ben and James who felt more of the pain in today's final challenge!

I'll put my pic up too!! View of my ass - just what you want to look at first thing on a Monday - heading towards the run - Dean Castle Country Park, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire - mile achieved. Woo!! Too easy.

Interesting to see someone had put their Labrador dog into the mile, complete with Sport Relief sign - I've seen everything now!! ha ha

And WE didn't get goodie bags, like Kizmok - no fair... What was in the bags?? Sweeties?? Congrats anyway, Kirsty!! :-)

Traditional Scottish castle- they used to fight and shoot from here - We had to run past this at the start - our run seems to have been a bit more old-fashioned than the city runs I saw on the TV. :-)

Killer hill which we had to run up - many people had to stop here - ran up this, around and down the other side and backwards to the castle area.

Finally, the best area - the CAFE - with the cakes, buns and sweets!! And cappuccinos and vanilla lattes!! They should sponsor people to sit and eat buns!!
