Fearne Cotton emerged from presenting her Radio 1 chart show on Sunday evening sporting what appeared to be a new tattoo.

The presenter was seen with a flower-shaped etching on her right arm which adds to her other eleven tattoos.

The most notable is a fern leaf, covering her right hip up to her rib cage.

I'm really not keen on tatoos. They might look good on a young, slender taut body, but I find them seriously unappealing on an aging, saggy old carcass. Piercings seem a little more sensible to me, as they don't have to be around forever.

I think I heard Fearne say in an interview that she would be completely covered in tatoos if she didn't work on TV. Thank goodness for her telly career, otherwise she's look like some tatooed lady from a circus!
