Yesterday R1 were discussing anxiety-based dreams.

Fearne Cotton was saying that everytime she has something new to do in her job, or someone important to meet, she has a recurring dream about playing a guitar in front of loads of people, and all that comes out is a single, dreadfully off-tune note!! :shock:

Do you have recurring, unpleasant dreams before a big event?

Yes, I get these quite a lot.

I had a dream last night that I was in Freshers year again and I was at uni again for the first time and it was all so huge and I was lost and I'd arrived in Halls but not brought any of my stuff. I have no idea why as I've already done 2 years at uni. I had a dream on the day of one of my exams that I'd overslept and woken up at 1:40pm when I had 1:30pm exam and no matter what I tried, I couldn't get there on time. I was very relieved when I woke up but also annoyed that it was actually only 6am.
