A dolphin which has got into difficulty in the River Clyde is "unlikely" to survive, a vet has warned. :cry:

Imagine swimming in the Clyde, and i thought Dolphins were supposed to be smart. Its being called Disco Dave.... Why? i hear you ask...

It has been pictured with a packet of Discos on its dorsal fin.

the poor Dolphin has sustained an injury and also because it feasts on squid is unlikely to find any food source in the Clyde. Another small factor possibly in this could be the shipyard in Govan which I would imagine the vessels would be having the sonars on at some point which may confuse the Dolphin further
