Now Scott has started his shows on Radio 2 has anyone seen any news on a podcast for it now the Scott Mills Daily Radio 1 podcast is dead?

Really don't think there's enough content to make a R2 podcast. It's a decent show, but will have a way to go to build content that could make a podcast viable.

There wasn't originally much content on the show during its first week but the Treadmills challenge seems to have given him a hell of a lot to work with. I think that's where Scott struggles, in that he needs the material to work with in order to sound good. 

I think a good podcast can be made out of the stuff he did last week - all of the treadmills stuff and special guests that he had on. Hopefully the show can continue in this vane once Treadmills is over and if it can that will prove the ability to create a podcast.

I am gutted there is no podcast.  I have emailed in to suggest one but not expecting a response.  If there is enough requests it could happen.

I still think it's highly unlikely this will happen anytime soon. The content may have grown a little with the Treadmills challenge but still it's nothing like the Radio 1 show in terms of features that can be easily 'transported' to a podcast.

I love Scott and I’m really enjoying the show, but I have to agree that it feels a long way from a podcast yet. He is still developing his R2 style and I would rather him concentrate on perfecting the live day to day which will hopefully naturally result in something like the Scott Mills Daily
