If you just bought a tv from the shop and it has digital channels it'll be freeview you're watching it on. I'm watching it on freeview, so glad I bought a booster aerial last week cos without it I wouldnt be watching any of this.

I only had a few hours sleep last night and I feel so sleep deprived. How the hell are they coping?

I have absolutely no idea how they are coping either. I was gonna try and get a few hours sleep overnight but that ended up being 6, and I felt very tired all morning as well.

I'm confused by something. I thought Chris had to drive the desk for this record to count? How was he in the truck with Greg and then the song started playing? surely someone else would have had to be at the desk in order to hit the buttons to get the song playing, and Dave doesnt know how to work it does he?

Have I perhaps misunderstood what "driving the desk" means?

Tip for anyone watching the live stuff in the UK, if you can watch it on the red button do that instead. In my experience from the 24hr Panel People stream a few weeks ago you can quickly rack up a huge download usage. I forgot for a while that it was a live stream I was watching then discovered I'd used up nearly 4GB that afternoon.

No you didnt miss a total it did a 120k jump between two updates.

Im a bit concerend as on other forums people seem tho think this is the record their aiming for http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/Search/Details/Longest-marathon-hosting-a-radio-talk-show-(team)/73108.htm but on air they seem to tink the current record is 50h .

Edit: according to a person on chris's forum the jump is because they added the online donations for the first time.

Edit 2 : anyone else sick of eminem needing a doctor and Black and Yellow (black and decker), this marathon has made me realise how repetitive the playlist is

Thanks for that, I was sure there had been a huge jump but wanted to be sure.

I'm a bit confused by the numbers as well. I hope they get it right and go the the right amount, would hate to see them falling short by an hour or even half an hour although they all seem fairly certain as to what they are doing. I'm convinced the red button coverage must be eligible for some sort of record as well, interactive television broadcast or something like that perhaps?
