personality is a key element of being on the radio & the ability to make each listener feel involved, relevant, part of the show (talking to you as a individual listener as apposed to at the listener)is not a easy task,

both Edith & Fearne have a enthusiastic quality about them, as does

Lauren & Myleene they are slightly more reserved though, they are all VERY good, Sara is also good but she does on quite to many occasions sound as she is is talking at you & not to you, i do think Annie is a very good dj (actual DJ) but i don't think she has the personality qualities the others i have mentioned have.

i don't know, listening to Fearne sometimes really makes me smile, as does Myleene, Lauren doesn't get the recognition she deserves but i would love for Edith to win, Hmmmm i may have to vote for all four using different names & addresses.
