i am sure superchris010 will tell us as he's the admin! why can't we mention unofficial mills on scott's facebook fan page? all of the other fan pages including chris' are full of junk and yet something important like this website cant be mentioned :confused: very odd especially as the admin is a regular member here!

It's funny there's lots of links to other facebook groups on this page but you can't promote this website there. I guess it's because Radio 1 Online don't like the limelight going to other websites or something along those lines.

No its not that at all. I dont allow any links on the main wall because once I allow one, everyone starts posting links to every other thing in the world that has nothing to do with Scott Mills or Radio 1 and it makes admin a lot harder. I have no problem with UM being mentioned on there, just dont put the web address:)

My strict controls over it may also be why it hasn't been flooded with links to lingerie and viagra pills:)

thats not true though is it? i wrote unofficialmills.co.uk and it wasn't a link yet it was deleted. that is only the name of the website. it just seemed weird that this website can't be posted on there yet all these can on the first 10 pages not trying to be harsh but its just odd we instantly get deleted but these havent as it seemed to be just selective moderating

The other two were posted when I was at work so probably slipped down the wall and didn't see them.

The odd one does slip through. Keep as just unofficialmills on the wall and thats fine it stays up

As much as I love UM, it can't be a rule for one and a different for everyone else. Jono has started to subtly promote UM in response to peoples questions both on the main wall and the discussion board, which is fine... providing links in the discussion board where its relevant.

Jono has his approach spot on, which is why his posts remain.
