If you squint it looks like he's winking. All that's missing is his sparkly white teeth there.

"I've never been a comedian in my whole life, and I never will be," he said. "I think being a stand-up comedian would be the scariest thing in the world."

Scott, 33, who has worked on Radio 1 for nearly 10 years, said he had no plans for a career change.

"I want to hide behind a microphone for the rest of my life," he confessed. "You can't see the whites of peoples eyes on the radio, you can just say something and hope it's funny.

"I can't even do speeches at weddings. People always think 'oh he's a DJ on the radio, he'll be really good at it' but I'm not at all, I just fall apart."
