Hmmm someone on Facebook just sent me a message asking if I was doing Maths at Bath University. What gave her that idea?

Ah Newsbeat are doing their silly times again, news on the half hour with none at 5pm.

This is such a tune. Was brilliant just under 24 hours ago getting crushed and jumping up and down like crazy to this song. Bloc Party are really great live, Colin Murray was right when he introduced them.

She don't think straight! Damn those lesbians.

Hehe there were some lesbians next to me during Bloc Party and Arcade Fire actually.

Getting heavy with a bevvy. You send in photographs of yourself listening to the tunes with your favourite tipple.

In Rock Music We Thrust. Partners send in photographs of them making whopee to the music.

The guy in the tent behind mine was rocking out with his c*ck out last night. Thankfully the angle of the tent saved me from seeing but my (male) friend was having a good look. We had some strange neighbours.

BBC never go any further than Reading for their coverage. They had their logo all over Leeds and Colin Murray even made the odd appearance but they still seem to only show Reading footage. *mutters*

Still, this one was quite good live, although Californication and By The Way were better.

Because everyone knows it's about Reading when it comes to Reading and Leeds.

I wish they'd say when Scott isn't doing a normal show, it should be entitled "The Scott Mills Show without Chappers" or something. They should let the skeleton staff do this or let Scott do his own thing. I'm off to get some food methinks!

...except that Leeds was one of the few festivals this year that wasn't flooded. So definitely a good choice to go up north. Despite it being completely dry, there were still patches of mud around from people being careless at the water points, spilt beer etc..

Radio 1 is starting to sound like Virgin Radio with this indie and rock. That's the only station I've heard play Size Of A Cow.

I thought I'd never heard of the tune by the Doves but I must have, it just doesn't stick in the mind somehow.

Who thought it'd be a good feature to talk to people travelling and ask them where they were and what car they were in? It holds no fascination for me at all. Even Scott can't really do much to make anything out of such a dull feature. Lets hope one of the travellers turns out to be a dyed in the wool looney or the gir who stole his wallet or something.

Quality though a lot of it is this old music is something that can be heard anytime - most people have all the classics on their ipods. It's just a waste of Scott having him present something like this, the only glimmer of his usual entertaining style was when he spoke to the people who were out of petrol and a bit lost on a boat.

Oh and calling himself "Scott Mills Lord of Rock" :D

I was reading about Mange Du Kebabs last night. Sounds amazing to me.

"Here is the Kingdom of Grease,

Our place has oriental odours that will stay on your clothes,

We turn the spit, how we sweat,

The girls love that - it attracts them!"

Ahh, pity that Jono. Working with the MP though? Cmon, i know you can think of something more exciting than that!

But newspaper features aren't meant to be exciting, they're meant to be interesting and local!
