That mix tape was great, unfortunately my radio decided to die at the wrong moment so I didn't hear the last couple of tracks before Avril Lavigne was played.

I've got a CD at home made for me by an ex, with him talking on it, but I'm not sending it in. It's not long enough ago, being a CD, not a tape.

nah we are going back to dlt days and 1993. people would be suprised that radio 1 did sound good 6 and 7 years ago. some say it sounded even better, well the imagery. destinys child were around then and outkast! and chocolate puma 'i wanna be u'.

I think I switched to Radio 1 properly when I got bored of winning the local radio competitions every day. And then getting a load of crap prizes like Michael Bubblé promo CDs!

i always listened to radio 1 since the start of high school. i listened a lot in the summer holidays i remember before year 7, and i started to properly listen to mark & lard and moyles becuase i wanted a sense of normality in this horrid new place known as secondary school. i still have the retro personal stereo with tape player. although i did have many headphones.

plus radio 1 had the strongest signal, galaxy kept fading out unless i was on the top floor.
