what a crap weekend for radio 1! now the kids are back to school shouldnt there be a better schedule than everyone taking time off?

10:00 vernon kay

13:00 greg james (coxy can't cope doing a full week)

16:00 ronnie herrell (trevor nelson away)

sunday

7:00 greg james (in for fearne and reggie)

10:00 reggie yates (no wonder vernon is only doing saturdays next month)

16:00 chart show

why give fearne and reggie the chart show when they cant be bothered to work together and think they are above the station?

edith is off, colin is off, zane has been pre recorded for most of the week. its a bit of a mess. and it will of course be 40 years of radio 1 celebrated with more pre records

I guess bosses deem it suitable for them to have holidays as the new schedule starts next month, and presumably they are using up the remaining holiday before their new contract comes in place.

Fearne has been busy doing that dating show won ITV and Xtra factor on ITV2.She will return to weekend breakfast on saturday september 29-for one day at least,as for Trevor Nelson hes majking a tv show in the USA this week,and I gues Coxy must have been visiting the doctors judging by todays annoouncement...
