BBCAaron 31
As talks about Liscence fee price freeze as the government look to a new model of how the BBC is funded. Will see the politics of the BBC funding radio as budget cuts are looking possible at the same time Newsbeat and Asian Network moving to Birmingham and 6 Music and Radio 3 moving all their programming, production and management to Salford. Creating this as a general conversation threads sharing any news and views as this develops and impacts BBC Radio and BBC Sound and how commercial radio sector responds

BBCAaron 31
Kind of think maybe on BBC Two as they often re-run competition shows, game shows and light entertainment that have already been played. Do hope that there’s consideration for maybe featuring stuff like newsround, bitesize stuff and educational-entertainment stuff for more school aged children in those slots
