so that's alan curbishley out of the question, he and chairman steve morgan "didn't share the same vision". curbishley probably wanted a few million to buy players who are actually good enough to play in the premier league, and steve morgan probably wanted to shell out on another new stand. nice one, pricks.

it's probably going to be steve bruce now, but he dosen't fill me with confidence after his recent record.

So Rangers in administration and Portsmouth might be going that way again too. Not a good time for football really. Hope that teams take note of whats happening and stop spending stupidly.

Would this not have to start with Players not making such stupid wage demands/clubs not making such stupid offers?

Yeah Doovde but unfortunately thats never going to happen at the moment.

Wonder what's going to happen when Tevez starts his first game back for shitty.

i don't think the fans will take to him well, and why should they? no player is bigger than the club, tevez clearly thought he was the be end of it all. but has come back with his tail between his legs when he saw how well aguero, dzeko and balotelli are doing.

a handfull of decent games for sunderland and fraizer campbell is in the side, welbeck and sturridge are the two rookies. i'm all for youth coming into the side and i know it's just a friendly, but there's hardly anyone with experience up front. would of prefered to see defoe, crouch, maybe owen etc. and oxlade chamberlain not given a chance... strange.

I don't know how he thinks he's going to win anything by keep swapping and changing managers, the team are never going to settle. Plus why would a top manager want to go there now? The team are only getting older and he wants to be winning the Champions League and Premier League with them?

Do people hate on him like they do superior competitors from other countries in some other sports?

what gets messi by on that front is his personality, he does it right. he dosen't think he is above everyone else because of what he does, no matter how good. you never see him caught in trouble, he's a sportsman, very dedicated to what he does. a fine example to any young and and coming footballer.

you also never see him over-celebrate like kissing the badge etc.

on the grid.
