What is your opinion on this move??

Being a Man City fan, personally i'm annoyed after he said he wanted to stay with City,

this transfer theres not much loyalty in Football anymore....... :x

but we'll move on, we aren't a one player team.

of course he will in every way.

he will be training with world class players every day, learning new ways of playing. at city he had training with pearce in his first coaching role, now its mourinho he will learn so much from a continental style manager who has won so much in his career. he will benefit from european experience which can only benefit him playing against the best players in the world in the champions league instead of at City playing against the likes of pompey he will be in the chapions league playing the likes of real madrid and ac milan.

There cant be much loyalty. Because you have a certain amount of time to make as much money as you can. And you ant take risks, because the same could happen to you as it did to Cisse. But early in your car#eer and you may not be as lucky as him. Yet i know it must be bad, i mean Rooney was an Everton fan all of his life, but thems the breaks. Because the sad fact is it's ruthless.

Yet it's going to be interesing, him and Lamard will be leathal, they just need to get rid of Drogba, and try and get Michael Owen if he is up for sale. I mean it's good to have British in your team afterall.

owen would have left by now i think he will stay. real want robinho but his club want a redicoulous amount so he wont go there.

not everyone puts him down. i'd rather have owen and ronaldo up front than ronaldo and raul at the moment. its good for owen tha luxembourgo likes him as well

Yea, I would think they would want him to stop at Real because he has been scoring well for them (dont ask how). Because some say he is a goal hanger and he dosent try to get the ball up the feild, but i think that is BS. Becuase when he is not on, there are less goals, when he is there is a result.

Owen and Beckham are going to be awsome for England next year, becuase of their amount of time working together it's formed a two man force. Also Michael is wise to many more kinds of types of defence. So I think it was a good thing him going to Madrid.

Rumour today Chelsea may be signing Shevchenko so that would just make them unstoppable. Glad Chelsea are signing English players and not just anyone, puts them up in my book unlike Arsenal.

I think I would now rather have Owen than Rooney. This time last year i wouldn't of said that. But Owen is still on the rise, I reckon we all are going to get a big suprise next year...

they wont be able to get rid of him. no team would pay more than a few million for him maybe 5 or 6 million definatley no more than 10. plus his wages are probably berserk. he will end up going on loan somewhere.

Hope so. If Owen were up i would of had him. He is way better than Drogba and he is British too. But he wasn't up, so there ya go! I reckon he will leave next year if he dosent get a bit more praise for his work at Real.

i think he gets praise from the right people at the moment though. the spanish and local madrid press like him, the real fans like him, perez and luxembourgo like him, sven has always been an owen fan and he will have an incentive to stay with beckham and now woodgate coming back to fitness. also his wife and baby are settled and like it there as well. i think he will stay for a few more seasons, might even end his career in spain.
