Considering nothing else changed with the show yesterday - it’ll probably be Judge Jamie

The more I think about this, the less I understand it. Vick and Katie would be a good Going Home show without Jamie. What did happen in the aftermath of Jordan leaving. Did Katie initially turn it down and they persuaded her to change her mind? Did they see the reaction to Jamie and see that they needed Katie to balance out the loss of Jordan? Some odd chain of events has happened

I there is something to be said about how with radio and reality television like Made In Chelsea that with reality show like that its a semi-scripted and planned persona to play a soap character version of yourself make yourself more entertaining. But with radio it’s such a contrastingly different medium as your job is to have a conversation with the listener and create a sense of intimacy.

Oh I suppose I want to add to what I just said about not minding Jamie and being okay with him getting the drive slot - I would feel completely differently if it had been Katie joining Vick, with Jamie as the last minute third host. If that had happened then I would feel annoyed at an unnecesary celebrity hire had been brought in - I hated the Maya Jama - Scott -Chris Friday situation when that was going on. I do think Jamie is better than Maya was though, in many ways.

Haha, I actually heard the first part of the show live when I posted in the chat box that he sounded good but simply skimmed through the links after work to get the details of the rest of it. Yes I do justify my bets! Inc the katie for weekdays it that counts, even though she's now in a 3. I'll set up a rival site! Unfortunately my job here isn't as glamorous as radio 1.... we have hospital radio but it's off air while I'm on the overnights and we mostly go for r1 anyway! Talking of which..
